Judicial Complex Overview
The Ghaziabad District & Sessions Court, located in Raj Nagar, is one of the most high-traffic judicial hubs in Uttar Pradesh. The complex is divided into several specialized zones, including the Main Building, the New Family Court Complex, and the CBI Court Building.

Filing & Filing Procedures

All civil suits and criminal applications must first pass through the Munsarim for valuation and court-fee verification. The office is located on the ground floor of the main building and operates from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
2. E-Courts Kendra
Ghaziabad is a leader in digital transformation. Litigants can utilize the E-Courts Kendra near the administrative wing for e-filing assistance or status tracking via the digital display boards.
3. Notary & Oath Commissioners
The designated area for affidavits and legal documentation is situated in the central courtyard between the Main Building and the Lawyers' Chambers (near the Bar Association office).
Mediation & ADR
The **Ghaziabad Mediation Center**, located within the New Family Court building, is a critical node for resolving matrimonial and compoundable criminal matters outside of formal litigation. Sessions typically run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
